One Dedicated Team. One Blended Rate. 4 Ways to Engage.

Most large consulting firms offer a traditional Time and Materials (T&M) model, which charges different rates for different resources and no guarantees that the original team resources will stay assigned to your project. To differentiate ourselves from the large consulting firms, we created our ‘Dedicated Team’ model with a blended rate across all team resources and we assign each team member for the full duration of your project. As a result, our pricing formula is also very straight-forward:

Number of Dedicated Resources X Blended Rate X Project Duration = Fixed Project Cost

In addition, our boutique size means we have less overhead, which allows us to include a minimum of .25 Practice Head oversight so that you will have our most senior level resource on your team at no additional cost.

1. We Design: You Build / You Manage.

We assign a dedicated team to design the user experience.
Our dedicated team works with you to design the best possible user experience for your product or website by performing our Analysis & Design services.

Your team builds the product.
We often work with our client’s own internal development teams to get their product built. We also work with clients that need help finding and selecting the best development vendor.

You manage both teams and the project.
You define the Sprints, run the daily stand-ups, create and prioritize the backlogs, track the burn-downs and budgets.

Choose this option if:
You have your own internal development team, you want to manage the project yourself and you just need a great UX Team.

2. We Design: Your Vendor Builds / You Manage.

We assign a dedicated team to design the user experience.
Our dedicated team works with you to design the best possible user experience for your product or website by performing our Analysis & Design services.

Your vendor builds the product.
We often work with client’s that already have their own development vendor. Other times, development vendors come to us add UX expertise to their client projects.

You manage both teams and the project.
You define the Sprints, run the daily stand-ups, create and prioritize the backlogs, track the burn-downs and budgets

You’re already working with a development team, you want to manage the project yourself and you just need a great UX Team.

We’ll team up with our parent company, Fusionapps, to build your product. Since we’ve built tons of products together and we share the same office space, there’s definitely some efficiencies that we can provide if we’re designing and building your product under one roof.

• Microsoft .NET: UX Team provides Microsoft .NET development services that focus on leveraging .NET’s wide range of interoperability capabilities with multiple coding languages, technologies and platforms.
• Adobe ColdFusion: We love it when people question why we still develop in CF — especially since members of UX Team have been developing CF applications since it was born back in the late 1990’s Allaire years.
