How is the Recurring Dedicated Team different from the Project-Based Dedicated Team?
The Recurring Dedicated Team model provides you with continuous access to the same UX team for a fixed monthly rate. This model offers the flexibility to add or change tasks as your priorities shift.
On the other hand, the Project-Based Dedicated Team model is more structured. At the beginning of the project, a scope is defined, and the team focuses on delivering the specific outcomes outlined in that scope. and the team works towards that specific set of deliverables.
What’s the communication process like during a project?
We believe in transparency and collaboration throughout a project. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact and weekly check-ins, plus access to shared workspaces where you can track progress and stay in the loop every step of the way.
What do I get at the end of each task?
Once a task is complete, you will get usable deliverables specific to that task. Depending on what we worked on, deliverables might be research reports, findings and recommendations, visual design files, or fully developed code. You have full rights to use all final deliverables as you see fit.
