Usability Testing

Usability testing helps us evaluate how real users interact with our designs. We uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify areas for improvement. This iterative process refines the design and ensures that the final product meets user needs and expectations.

Usability testing solutions

Both types of usability testing offer unique benefits and insights, and the choice of method depends on factors such as project goals, timeline, budget, and available resources. Since each test is customized to align with your goals, we can gather actionable insights that drive better, more user-friendly designs.

Moderated testing

Our team moderator leads one-on-one live sessions with test participants, instructing them to perform a series of tasks. We ask participants to think aloud, allowing us to clarify any confusion or provide additional context as they interact with the design. Since sessions are recorded, we can analyze results after testing and share feedback with stakeholders.

Unmoderated testing

Using an online testing tool, our team sets up a test where participants receive instructions and tasks to complete independently. The test is accessed with the link provided to participants, allowing them to take it at their convenience. Once the test is completed, we analyze the recordings to gather insights.

Although unmoderated testing is more cost-effective and efficient, it may not offer the same depth of insights as moderated testing.

Testing with just 5 users can uncover around 85% of usability problems.
