Deposit sweep account insights, analytics, and contracts for IntraFi sales teams

Project overview

IntraFi helps financial services companies secure their customers’ funds and boost profitability. Their IntraFi Network Deposit (IND) product is a proprietary Insured Cash Sweep software that allows financial institutions to transfer (“sweep”) large cash balances from high-net-worth clients into FDIC-insured accounts across a network of banks. The IND sales team needed a mobile app to quickly access crucial customer data and contract statuses while on the go or in client meetings. The UX team designed and developed a hybrid web app using Ember JS, which can be easily packaged for app stores or accessed via a browser.

Easy access to key customer data

Stakeholders informed us IND is most often used during sales meetings with customers, making fast and accurate data access essential.

To support this need, we designed the dashboard with a global instant search, allowing users to find relevant customer and contract details quickly. Key metrics and insights are displayed on a dedicated customer screen in a clear, structured format and utilizes data visualizations, ensuring data is easily understood.

Alerts for critical data

A key part of the sales team’s role is tracking contracts, updates, terms, and renewals. To help users stay proactive, we designed the application with customizable alert functionality. Users can choose the parameters they want to be notified about, along with their preferred notification method—within the app, via email, or through push notifications. With automated alerts, users can focus on other essential tasks while being promptly informed when action is required.

Bringing mockups to life with functional code

UX team transformed mockups into a fully developed mobile app using Ember. This approach enabled us to build a hybrid web app tailored for IND sales teams, delivering quick access to customer data and contract statuses on the go.
